What is the difference between vented and vent-free gas logs?
Vented gas logs require an open damper and chimney — they produce the most realistic flame and are best for aesthetic purposes. Vent-free gas logs don’t require a chimney and are more efficient at heating a room, but they do have BTU limits and aren’t permitted in all jurisdictions. Our team can advise on which is right for your space.
